Shipping policy
Please allow 2-4 weeks minimum to process and make your order since all products are hand made. As soon as the product is completed give us 1 to 3 business days to package safely and for the product to leave our facility.
As a small business we prioritize fast shipping on your products but have no power over holiday/ and enviromental delays, so please bare with us!. For orders past 4 weeks with no updates, please contact us through our live chat or via email.Ā
Once package is shipped we will provide you with tracking information. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery ; Please use tracking number to monitor progress of shipping and delivery for your product as this timeline can vary.

Refund Policy
All purchases are final. No returns on any orders due to the nature that will be produced per order with customise materials.
We offer exchange or fix on damages caused by carrier on the products ( more that 4 in or broken) after filling a claim with insurance with in 7 days from the time you received the product. Any products damaged during delivery, please contact carrier to file a claim. Costumer is responsible for shipping part back to us.
For exchange, fix or return of any product costumer is responsible for shipping back to us no return label will be provided). To get it return or exchange a re-stocking fee will be applied to that product and refund will be processed once part arrive to our facility. Warranty of product will be voided if any damage or modification are made to the specific part that was not made by our manufacturer. Part has to be return in the same way conditions as received for a refund. Any claims need to be reported within 15 days of receiving the product.

Had to trim a little bit off in a few spots to allow the side markers to fit more flush due to bumps that appear with the housing other than that it was perfect.
I was super excited when I received my trunk spoiler, the way it was well packaged, build quality, the design it all came together perfectly. Letās not forget the fit and finish. The wait was worth it A+++

Finally installed the vent trim...very easy to install perfect fit. Cures my big problem...old brushed crome reflected right into both RV mirrors. The light carbon fiber almost matches my interior. I now have to get the center console trim...the new CF makes the old brushed crome look cheap!

This armrest fits like a glove and 100% matches the OEM interior panels if you have them. Order to door took 5 weeks which is in their time frame. The communicated fast via IG with questions about arrival. Definitely recommend.

I was so impressed with the quality, fit and look of the arm rest I have one in my tlx and ilx.
The rear spoiler was shipped properly in bubble wrap and a box placard with fragile stickers. The spoiler came with VHD double-sided automotive tape. I added some additional adhesive to ensure the spoiler fit snugly onto the trunk. Iām very happy with my purchase.
