Please allow 2-4 weeks minimum to process and make your order since all products are hand made. As soon as the product is completed give us 1 to 3 business days to package safely and for the product to leave our facility.

As a small business we prioritize fast shipping on your products but have no power over holiday/ and enviromental delays, so please bare with us!. For orders past 4 weeks with no updates, please contact us through our live chat or via email. 

Once package is shipped we will provide you with tracking information. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery ; Please use tracking number to monitor progress of shipping and delivery for your product as this timeline can vary.

All purchases are final sale unless there is any production defect once installing.

We offer exchange or fix on damages caused by carrier on the products after filling a claim with insurance with in 7 days from the time you received the product. Any products damaged during delivery, please contact your carrier to file a claim.

For exchange or fix of any product you are responsible for shipping back to us to get it fix or exchange plus re-stocking fee of that product.
